CLIC2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLIC2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,533 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLIC2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DOK2, ADPRH, and FYB1. Each is linked with CLIC2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLIC2-to-partner and partner-to-CLIC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CLIC2 versus DOK2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLIC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLIC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
