CLIC2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLIC2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,472 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLIC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GIMAP2, GIMAP6, and GYPC. Each is linked with CLIC2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLIC2-to-partner and partner-to-CLIC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CLIC2 versus GIMAP2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLIC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLIC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
