CLIC1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CLIC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,240 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLIC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NCEH1, RALB, and FOSL1. Each is linked with CLIC1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLIC1-to-partner and partner-to-CLIC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLIC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLIC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
