CLECL1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLECL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,231 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLECL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are HLA-DQA1, MPEG1, and SP140. Each is linked with CLECL1 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLECL1-to-partner and partner-to-CLECL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLECL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLECL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
