Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLEC7A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLEC7A-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEK1, Notch1, and S6_pS240_S244. Each is linked with CLEC7A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLEC7A-to-partner and partner-to-CLEC7A results are reported.
