CLEC7A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CLEC7A RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,577 significant associations in total. URINARY_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLEC7A-associated genes across cancer lineages are CLEC1A, DTX4, and IVL. Each is linked with CLEC7A in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLEC7A-to-partner and partner-to-CLEC7A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CLEC7A versus CLEC1A in BLOOD_Myeloma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLEC7A→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLEC7A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
