Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CLEC4G Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CLEC4G data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher CLEC4G Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CLEC4G expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LIHC and LUSC are the cancer types where CLEC4G Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
