CLEC4G

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLEC4G RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,162 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLEC4G-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of leukocyte cell-cell adhesion, Positive regulation of alpha-beta T cell activation, and Regulation of phagocytosis. Each is linked with CLEC4G in more than 24 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLEC4G-to-partner and partner-to-CLEC4G results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of leukocyte cell-cell adhesion grouped by CLEC4G-low versus CLEC4G-high in STAD.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLEC4G→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLEC4G) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
