CLEC4G

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLEC4G mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLEC4G-associated genes across cancer lineages are Tuberin, eIF4G, and p62 Lck ligand. Each is linked with CLEC4G in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLEC4G-to-partner and partner-to-CLEC4G results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Tuberin grouped by CLEC4G-low versus CLEC4G-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLEC4G→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLEC4G) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
