CLEC4G

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CLEC4G RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 798 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLEC4G-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mesendoderm development, Membrane repolarization during atrial cardiac muscle cell action potential, and Atrial cardiac muscle cell membrane repolarization. Each is linked with CLEC4G in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLEC4G-to-partner and partner-to-CLEC4G results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Mesendoderm development grouped by CLEC4G-low versus CLEC4G-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLEC4G→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLEC4G) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
