CLEC4F

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLEC4F RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,987 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLEC4F-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD207, MOB4P1, and ZCCHC18. Each is linked with CLEC4F in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLEC4F-to-partner and partner-to-CLEC4F results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CLEC4F versus CD207 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.71.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLEC4F→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLEC4F) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
