CLEC4F

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLEC4F RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,183 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLEC4F-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DDAH2, KANK2, and NCALD. Each is linked with CLEC4F in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLEC4F-to-partner and partner-to-CLEC4F results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CLEC4F versus DDAH2 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLEC4F→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLEC4F) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
