CLEC4F

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLEC4F mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,673 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLEC4F-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPP4C, BUB3, and PPP2R2D. Each is linked with CLEC4F in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLEC4F-to-partner and partner-to-CLEC4F results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PPP4C grouped by CLEC4F-low versus CLEC4F-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLEC4F→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLEC4F) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
