Across TCGA cell cohorts, CLEC4F RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,266 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CLEC4F-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of gene expression, epigenetic, RNA splicing, via transesterification reactions, and RNA splicing, via transesterification reactions with bulged adenosine as nucleophile. Each is linked with CLEC4F in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLEC4F-to-partner and partner-to-CLEC4F results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of gene expression, epigenetic grouped by CLEC4F-low versus CLEC4F-high in LUNG_SCLC.
