CLEC4E

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLEC4E mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 254 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLEC4E-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR3927, RFC3P1, and RN7SKP135. Each is linked with CLEC4E in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLEC4E-to-partner and partner-to-CLEC4E results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR3927 grouped by CLEC4E-low versus CLEC4E-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLEC4E→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLEC4E) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
