CLEC4D

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLEC4D mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLEC4D-associated genes across cancer lineages are Smad1, ACC_pS79, and JNK2. Each is linked with CLEC4D in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLEC4D-to-partner and partner-to-CLEC4D results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Smad1 grouped by CLEC4D-low versus CLEC4D-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLEC4D→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLEC4D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
