Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CLEC4A Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CLEC4A data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher CLEC4A Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CLEC4A expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
BLCA, BRCA, and LIHC are the cancer types where CLEC4A Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
