CLEC4A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLEC4A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,531 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLEC4A-associated genes across cancer lineages are C16orf87, NAE1, and SLC25A32. Each is linked with CLEC4A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLEC4A-to-partner and partner-to-CLEC4A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C16orf87 grouped by CLEC4A-low versus CLEC4A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLEC4A→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLEC4A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
