CLEC4A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CLEC4A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,927 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLEC4A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cellular response to xenobiotic stimulus, Xenobiotic metabolic process, and Protein sumoylation. Each is linked with CLEC4A in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLEC4A-to-partner and partner-to-CLEC4A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cellular response to xenobiotic stimulus grouped by CLEC4A-low versus CLEC4A-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLEC4A→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLEC4A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
