Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CLEC3A Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CLEC3A data layer compared with 20 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher CLEC3A Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CLEC3A expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUAD, GBM, and SKCM are the cancer types where CLEC3A Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
