CLEC3A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLEC3A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLEC3A-associated genes across cancer lineages are Beclin, FoxM1, and Ku80. Each is linked with CLEC3A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLEC3A-to-partner and partner-to-CLEC3A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Beclin grouped by CLEC3A-low versus CLEC3A-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLEC3A→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLEC3A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
