CLEC3A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CLEC3A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 654 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLEC3A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of interleukin-1 production, Negative regulation of interleukin-1 production, and Regulation of protein localization to endoplasmic reticulum. Each is linked with CLEC3A in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLEC3A-to-partner and partner-to-CLEC3A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of interleukin-1 production grouped by CLEC3A-low versus CLEC3A-high in BREAST.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLEC3A→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLEC3A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
