CLEC2L

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLEC2L mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 74 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLEC2L-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP419, RNA5SP410, and RNU6-19P. Each is linked with CLEC2L in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLEC2L-to-partner and partner-to-CLEC2L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP419 grouped by CLEC2L-low versus CLEC2L-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLEC2L→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLEC2L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
