CLEC2L

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CLEC2L RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 780 significant associations in total. LIVER shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLEC2L-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Transcription initiation-coupled chromatin remodeling, Positive regulation of gene expression, epigenetic, and Nucleic acid catabolic process. Each is linked with CLEC2L in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLEC2L-to-partner and partner-to-CLEC2L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Transcription initiation-coupled chromatin remodeling grouped by CLEC2L-low versus CLEC2L-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLEC2L→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLEC2L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
