CLEC2D

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLEC2D protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 565 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLEC2D-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC10A1, CSK, and SERPINE1. Each is linked with CLEC2D in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLEC2D-to-partner and partner-to-CLEC2D results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CLEC2D versus SLC10A1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.71.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLEC2D→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLEC2D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
