CLEC2D

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLEC2D mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,470 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLEC2D-associated genes across cancer lineages are GNPNAT1, CNIH1, and GLRX3. Each is linked with CLEC2D in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLEC2D-to-partner and partner-to-CLEC2D results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GNPNAT1 grouped by CLEC2D-low versus CLEC2D-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLEC2D→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLEC2D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
