CLEC2A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLEC2A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 50 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLEC2A-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAR1P1, MIR6885, and ANO3-AS1. Each is linked with CLEC2A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLEC2A-to-partner and partner-to-CLEC2A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLEC2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLEC2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
