CLEC1B

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLEC1B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 98 significant associations in total. BLCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLEC1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCDC11P1, TRAJ46, and RN7SL79P. Each is linked with CLEC1B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLEC1B-to-partner and partner-to-CLEC1B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CCDC11P1 grouped by CLEC1B-low versus CLEC1B-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLEC1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLEC1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
