Across TCGA cell cohorts, CLEC1B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,068 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CLEC1B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of phospholipase C/protein kinase C signal transduction, Natural killer cell inhibitory signaling pathway, and Mitochondrial fusion. Each is linked with CLEC1B in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLEC1B-to-partner and partner-to-CLEC1B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of phospholipase C/protein kinase C signal transduction grouped by CLEC1B-low versus CLEC1B-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
