CLEC18A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLEC18A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,955 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLEC18A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cellular component disassembly involved in execution phase of apoptosis, Positive regulation of DNA repair, and Regulation of DNA repair. Each is linked with CLEC18A in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLEC18A-to-partner and partner-to-CLEC18A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cellular component disassembly involved in execution phase of apoptosis grouped by CLEC18A-low versus CLEC18A-high in ESCA.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLEC18A→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLEC18A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
