CLEC16A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLEC16A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,896 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLEC16A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are USP7, MTX2, and PARN. Each is linked with CLEC16A in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLEC16A-to-partner and partner-to-CLEC16A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CLEC16A versus USP7 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLEC16A→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLEC16A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
