Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLEC16A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,941 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CLEC16A-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDCA3, SNHG20, and TICRR. Each is linked with CLEC16A in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLEC16A-to-partner and partner-to-CLEC16A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CLEC16A versus CDCA3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.42.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLEC16A→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLEC16A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
