Across TCGA cell cohorts, CLEC16A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,121 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLEC16A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of autophagosome maturation, Endosomal transport, and Cytosolic transport. Each is linked with CLEC16A in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLEC16A-to-partner and partner-to-CLEC16A results are reported.
