CLEC16A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CLEC16A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 917 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLEC16A-associated genes across cancer lineages are KSR2, METTL6, and OR1L3. Each is linked with CLEC16A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLEC16A-to-partner and partner-to-CLEC16A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KSR2 grouped by CLEC16A-low versus CLEC16A-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLEC16A→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLEC16A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
