CLEC14A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLEC14A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,387 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLEC14A-associated genes across cancer lineages are NUDT19P5, OR12D1, and PTX3. Each is linked with CLEC14A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLEC14A-to-partner and partner-to-CLEC14A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NUDT19P5 grouped by CLEC14A-low versus CLEC14A-high in READ.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLEC14A→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLEC14A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
