CLEC14A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLEC14A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 37 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLEC14A-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, ACC1, and HER2_pY1248. Each is linked with CLEC14A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLEC14A-to-partner and partner-to-CLEC14A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EGFR_pY1068 grouped by CLEC14A-low versus CLEC14A-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLEC14A→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLEC14A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
