CLEC12B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLEC12B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,121 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLEC12B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Interleukin-6 production, Positive regulation of tumor necrosis factor superfamily cytokine production, and Positive regulation of interleukin-6 production. Each is linked with CLEC12B in more than 29 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLEC12B-to-partner and partner-to-CLEC12B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLEC12B→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLEC12B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
