Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, CLEC12B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CLEC12B-associated genes across cancer lineages are H2BC1, H2AC1, and OR8B12. Each is linked with CLEC12B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLEC12B-to-partner and partner-to-CLEC12B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, H2BC1 grouped by CLEC12B-low versus CLEC12B-high in SOFT_TISSUE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLEC12B→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLEC12B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
