CLEC12A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLEC12A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLEC12A-associated genes across cancer lineages are Bax, Ku80, and NDRG1_pT346. Each is linked with CLEC12A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLEC12A-to-partner and partner-to-CLEC12A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Bax grouped by CLEC12A-low versus CLEC12A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLEC12A→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLEC12A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
