CLEC12A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CLEC12A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 45 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLEC12A-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASPN, C6orf118, and PCGF1. Each is linked with CLEC12A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLEC12A-to-partner and partner-to-CLEC12A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ASPN grouped by CLEC12A-low versus CLEC12A-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLEC12A→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLEC12A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
