CLEC11A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLEC11A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 76 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLEC11A-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC01035, RNA5SP534, and RNU6-1318P. Each is linked with CLEC11A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLEC11A-to-partner and partner-to-CLEC11A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC01035 grouped by CLEC11A-low versus CLEC11A-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLEC11A→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLEC11A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
