CLEC10A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLEC10A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,794 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLEC10A-associated genes across cancer lineages are NOL12, WASH9P, and MAPKAPK5-AS1. Each is linked with CLEC10A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLEC10A-to-partner and partner-to-CLEC10A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NOL12 grouped by CLEC10A-low versus CLEC10A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLEC10A→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLEC10A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
