CLEC10A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLEC10A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 52 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLEC10A-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK_pT183_Y185, Bak, and eIF4G. Each is linked with CLEC10A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLEC10A-to-partner and partner-to-CLEC10A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, JNK_pT183_Y185 grouped by CLEC10A-low versus CLEC10A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLEC10A→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLEC10A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
