Across TCGA cell cohorts, CLDND1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLDND1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR4K2, H2AP, and OR11H2. Each is linked with CLDND1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLDND1-to-partner and partner-to-CLDND1 results are reported.
