CLDN7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLDN7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,840 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLDN7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are EPCAM, CLUH, and ESRP2. Each is linked with CLDN7 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLDN7-to-partner and partner-to-CLDN7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CLDN7 versus EPCAM in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLDN7→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLDN7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
