CLDN7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLDN7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 41 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLDN7-associated genes across cancer lineages are CHCHD2P3, RN7SL625P, and H4C7. Each is linked with CLDN7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLDN7-to-partner and partner-to-CLDN7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CHCHD2P3 grouped by CLDN7-low versus CLDN7-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLDN7→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLDN7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
