CLDN6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLDN6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 141 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLDN6-associated genes across cancer lineages are BANF1P5, RNU5A-5P, and MIR8062. Each is linked with CLDN6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLDN6-to-partner and partner-to-CLDN6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLDN6→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLDN6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
