CLDN5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLDN5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,844 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLDN5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are KANK3, MMRN2, and VWF. Each is linked with CLDN5 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLDN5-to-partner and partner-to-CLDN5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLDN5→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLDN5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
