CLDN5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CLDN5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLDN5-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRTAP17-1, DAZL, and MYF6. Each is linked with CLDN5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLDN5-to-partner and partner-to-CLDN5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLDN5→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLDN5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
