CLDN4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLDN4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,156 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLDN4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PEX1, MACC1, and BAIAP2L1. Each is linked with CLDN4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLDN4-to-partner and partner-to-CLDN4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLDN4→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLDN4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
